Since they do not manufacture any type of product, each brand is independent in terms of product differences and provides warranty services according to their different terms and conditions. In this case, the supporting organization Mehedul IT is working as a medium to implement the warranty service terms and conditions of the main brand companies.

Mehedul IT gives utmost importance to customer satisfaction. In order to improve the quality of customer service and provide faster service, some rules have to be followed. Respected customers are kindly requested to follow the mentioned rules carefully before purchasing any product from Mehedul IT. Thank you.
Mehedul IT is a retail outlet. Since they do not manufacture any type of product, each brand is independent in terms of product differences and provides warranty services according to their different terms and conditions. In this case, the supporting organization Mehedul IT is working as a medium to implement the warranty service terms and conditions of the main brand companies. We follow the warranty policies given by the international, domestic and Bangladesh Computer Samity (BCS) for each product.
The warranty terms and conditions set by the company are as follows:
If the product does not have a purchase receipt, bill, invoice or any proof of purchase, it will not be covered by the warranty.
Not all products sold are covered by warranty. Warranty is valid only for those products for which the original company has declared a warranty period.
If any part of the product is burnt, broken, any part is bent, tampered, layer is cut, rusted, warped, fungus grows, cracks are found in any port, cracks are found.
If the sticker or serial number of the product is removed or found in an unclear state, it will not be covered by the warranty.
The warranty is 1-3 years depending on the brand and model of the laptop. But all laptop batteries and adapters have a warranty of only 1 year.
If any parts inside the casing of the product are changed and the serial number is found to be mismatched, it will not be covered by the warranty.
If a defect is found in a product covered by the warranty after it is sold, the defect is removed through repair and the product is replaced immediately depending on the type of product.
If the lock or hook of the product is broken or an attempt is made to open it, it will not be covered by the warranty.
If the product of a specific model is not available for replacement, Mehedul IT can replace it with an equivalent product of another brand from its own stock.
If the product screen is found to be scratched or stained excessively, it will not be covered by the warranty.
If any part of the product is found to be damaged or destroyed due to insects, it will be covered by the warranty.
If a product of a specific model is not repairable and does not have the same or equivalent product available in our stock, a better product than that model can be replaced through depreciation and price adjustment.
Mehedul IT will not be responsible for any software or data that is damaged or lost during the use of the product or during the service of Mehedul IT. It is to be noted that in this case, Mehedul IT will not be responsible for data recovery or software reinstallation.
Any damage to the product due to the use of liquids or if liquids enter the product will not be covered under the warranty.
After taking a specific model of product under warranty, the time to return the product after completing the service work is not fixed, this time can be from 5-7 days to a maximum of 35-40 days or more; because in most cases, the parts required for repair do not have sufficient buffer stock in the country, so they have to be specially imported, which takes a lot of time.
Lifetime warranty Basically, you will get the warranty benefits as long as the product is available in the market.
Mehedul IT may charge a fee for any service not covered by the warranty, which will be effective subject to the buyer’s consent.
